A few resorts have already opened thanks to heavy, early season snow fall and high altitude. If you can’t wait for your local mountain to start running their lifts, check out Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Ski Area in Summit County. Traditionally, these two mountains boast the earliest opening dates of all the resorts in Colorado opening this year on October 24th and 25th. Not far behind are Keystone, Copper, and Wolf Creek.
